OCIA was formed through a unique partnership between construction labor and management and membership was immediately extended to cities, developers, chambers of commerce, planners and other public and private concerns.
OCIA services include research for anyone seeking data on the infrastructure, construction issues, multimodal transportation planning, water and sewer issues, etc.
OCIA also conducts an active public information program including media briefings, a speakers bureau, quarterly newsletter and other projects. |
